[dropcap]A[/dropcap]nd with a blink of an eye, my baby girl is two years old! It’s been a while since I got in front of the camera with her, so I decided to do a quick “mommy & me” session in honor of her second year of life. If you know Evie, you know that it is impossible to get her to smile and/or look at the camera, so planning any type of “formal” photo session is a struggle with her. On this day, she also didn’t even want to stand more than 2 feet away from me, so taking any photos, smiling/looking at the camera or not, was extremely difficult. I’m in love with the very few photos that we did get, and am grateful that we were even able to get any before we heard a rattlesnake in the tall grass and quickly had to leave. Motherhood can be difficult, but it is also the most rewarding and wonderful thing that I have ever experienced. To my Evie Grace, being your mommy has been the greatest gift in my life. I love you! Happy 2nd birthday!
