This Kona Kai Resort wedding was just what I needed to kick off my 2022 wedding season. From a postponement, to a last minute venue change, to one of the coldest and windiest San Diego days of the year – it seemed like a lot was going against Kaelin & Tyler’s special day, but I cannot express how beautifully this wedding turned out! Kaelin’s vision included colors of terracotta, peach, cream, and gold, and a beautiful blend of elegance and boho inspiration. Florist, Studio Palma, created jaw dropping table centerpieces and a ceremony display featuring earthy dried elements. The simplicity of the rose and orchid bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were a perfect match for the chic dresses, which truly stole the show.
Kona Kai Resort’s tropical setting served as the perfect backdrop for the day, and although the outdoor reception unexpectedly had to be moved indoors due to the cold weather and eventual rain, everything was beautifully executed from start to finish. Enjoy highlights from this Kona Kai Resort wedding!
